I am a professional, experienced cook based in Deeside, Aberdeenshire. I have 10 years experience cooking for private households, holiday lodges and chalets in the UK and abroad.

Everything I cook is made using the best, freshest ingredients and try to use 'fair trade' and local (seasonal) produce as much as possible.
