A first at Achentoul for Annabelle and already booked to return! Her cooking was of a very high standard and always attractively presented. The lobster starter was a knockout!- Fantastic! It was an absolute joy having such a pleasant girl catering for the party and she was highly complimented by all.

Annabelle interpreted my menu request to a T - the best Scottish dishes cooked with a French Twist. My guests were highly impressed with their dinner. Their descriptions of perfect and delicious with the wishes for more were backed up by the empty plates going back to the kitchen.

Annabelle Ollis is a great find. She cooks beautifully and inventively, serving seasonal fresh delicacies. She is very neat and quick and during her reign the kitchen is an oasis of calm. She is also easy on the eye, a fact much appreciated by our fishermen. Ideally we would like her to be our secret weapon but I'm afraid word's already got around.
